Pros: Beautiful new ship, amazing excursions, a lot of great entertainment, great food with an abundance of options and friendly and helpful staff

12 Day Italy, Greece, Sicily

Pros: 5 star ship, crew, staff, restaurants, cabins, amenities, destinations

Ive cruised 10 times, never had a cruise line offer as much and so well. Crew, staff, were outstanding, restaurants were 9-10 every meal, gym was great, good casino games and slots, just very well done everywhere. Thank you, well be back.

Pros: Smooth, efficient onboarding and disembarking process. Excellent service levels from cabin and dining staff.

I miss the actual going out on a balcony experience with the Infinite veranda but did enjoy the sleek design of it.

Pros: Beautiful ship. Great Itinerary, Retreat is great. Buffet is the best I have seen.
Cons: Bar Service is really slow. It seams that Luminea was a bit understaffed.
Recommended: Yes
All in all, a very good trip on the Ascent. I think the food in Luminea is very good. But maybe not quite as good as it used to be. I also felt like they were very short staffed at Luminea and at most of the bars. Not to the point where the service was bad, but you can see they are slightly stressed to handle the amount of customers. But in general, Celebrity is still the best.
