• The newly renovated Kohala Suite (Golf Vista Suite) is perched on the Main Tower’s top floor. This expansive suite offers a separate living area and bedroom, with views of our championship golf course, the Kohala Mountains and distant Kawaihae Harbor. A second bedroom with two double beds is also available.

With its open-air grandeur and laid-back elegance, our iconic Copper Bar is one of the Kohala Coast's favorite gathering places. Locally sourced ingredients, some grown in our own 'Ulu Garden, elevate the menu of casual tapas, sushi, and entrees. Vibrant veggies, wild-caught sashimi, oven-fired flatbreads, and a famed Parker Ranch grass-fed burger are just a few of the dishes that pair beautifully with our handcrafted cocktails, tap beers, and curated wines. A nightly backdrop of live slack key guitar and traditional hula roots this storied space in the spirit of Hawai'i. Unwind with a Mauna Kea Mule and soak up the sweeping ocean views that have beckoned travelers for generations.
 

Hau Tree

Just steps from the beach, with toes nearly in the sand, Hau Tree offers casual, open-air lunches by day and transitions into Hau Tree Cantina at night for relaxed evening dining. It’s complete with a gazebo-style bar perfectly situated for meeting friends.

By day, Hau Tree offers the best in beachside favorites, with crisp salads, Parker Ranch burgers, and our famous Baja-style fish tacos, Mauna Kea’s famous Fredrico cocktail and Ovaltine Froth dessert; all prepared with ingredients delivered daily from our local farm and ranch partnerships and served just a few steps from the stunning Kauna'oa Bay.

By night, Hau Tree transforms into a beachside Cantina, serving contemporary regional Mexican cuisine with dishes from Sinaloa, Sonora, Campeche, Oaxaca, and Yucatan. Hau Tree Cantina's bar offers modern interpretations of Mexican classics, a thoughtfully curated tequila and mezcal list, and a creative array of non-alcoholic cocktails.
 

Manta

As the sun sets on the Island of Hawaii, soak in the unmatched view and paradisial ambiance of the Bar & Lounge with a signature cocktail while chefs prepare hyper-farm-to-table culinary delights in Manta’s exhibition kitchen. Be sure to check for the schedule of live entertainment throughout the year. A live, local jazz duo performs Wednesdays and Saturdays and an award-winning wine list enhances every evening.
